My regular classes have a maximum of 12 people for each class.
Teens pilates the maximum is 16 people.
Post-natal classes are a maximum of 10 (each mum is free to bring along their baby).
If you have our own mat please bring it with you, otherwise I provide mats that you can use. Wear comfortable clothes and non-slip socks or going bare foot is fine too. Finally bring a water bottle and a towel for wiping off sweat.
Classes are all for mixed abilities, therefore are ideal for the whole range from complete beginners up to more experienced clients.
No previous experience is necessary. The classes are for a mixed range of abilities so can also cater for somebody who has never done pilates before.
