About the Classes

Class information
My classes are all an hour long and are ideal for a mixed range of abilities, whether it is your first time or if you have previously practiced Pilates for a while. The exercises are designed to flow and be dynamic in order to build strength, stamina and flexibility. The classes also focus on improving posture and alignment.
Classes will not use any Pilates equipment for the current time, due to not all clients having these items at home.
Each exercise can be tailored to everyone's need, ability, fitness level and medical conditions. Check out the Instructor section for conditions I am qualified to teach. Additionally, feel free to Contact me for more information.
