Designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility while getting you moving.
We work on maintaining a neutral alignment of the spine while doing all the exercises to improve postural awareness
Equipment used to add an extra challenge: foam rollers, soft balls, weighted balls, large stability balls, resistance tubes, thera-bands and magic circles.
Exercises tailored to your needs & abilities
All exercises can be modified to everyone’s need, ability and medical conditions.
